Twelve local business owners met at Blue ginger gallery in Cradley for April’s small business breakfast meeting. A delicious breakfast awaited us, and we welcomed a new member, Dave Bird, a long distance running coach.
After our announcements, Richard Agnew, Cradley qi gong practitioner and acupuncturist gave us a window to his world. It was a really good introduction to Qi Gong as a holistic treatment and practice for wellbeing. Dave Bird, who had been on a couple of Richard’s courses was very complementary about it and had found them very inspiring and beneficial.
We thanked Richard for his enlightening talk and thanked Sue Lim for a great breakfast at Blue-ginger. Thanks also to Stuart Diplock, formerly of Hidelow House Cottages, for leading the meeting. We then chatted about a new website which has been created and on it is a list of people that come to the small business breakfast. www.cradleysmallbusinessbreakfast.co.uk
